President’s Invitation to Attend 16th Annual General Meeting of EUROCALL, Friday 11 September 2009, at the EUROCALL 2009 Conference, Gandia, Spain

Dear EUROCALL member,

I am pleased to invite you to the sixteenth Annual General Meeting of EUROCALL, to be held at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Gandia, Spain, on Friday 11 September 2009 during the EUROCALL 2009 Conference.

An agenda for the meeting can be found on the EUROCALL website at
http://www.eurocall-languages.org/about/docs/agm/ along with a list of the current EUROCALL officers and members of the Executive Committee.

During the meeting, elections will take place for the position of Member of the EUROCALL Executive Committee. Nominations are therefore invited for this position, to reach the Secretary by 31 July 2009. The nomination form is available at the EUROCALL website at the above link. All nominations must be seconded and signed by another EUROCALL member.
